Three films, one story. Not a corporate reel, but a genuine account of what it means to work here, made for the developers and technology talent you want in the building.
From the larger picture, to the people, to the work itself.
The three films work together as a single story. They are designed not only to showcase the organisation, but to give prospective talent a genuine sense of what it means to work here.
The objective is films that feel authentic, cinematic and engaging, giving prospective employees, particularly developers and technology talent, a clear understanding of the environment, the people, the opportunities and the technical challenges they could be part of.
The first film introduces viewers to the organisation and establishes its scale, environment and identity. Cinematic visuals of Hyderabad, the surrounding areas, the office and the wider work environment communicate the scale and the ambition behind it.
Select employees appear in short soundbites, an initial glimpse of the people behind the organisation. This film sets the visual language and tone for the series, and creates curiosity around the people and the work the next two films explore.
The second film moves from the organisation to the people who make it what it is. Rather than a conventional testimonial film, the focus is on understanding the people, the culture and the environment from the perspective of those living it every day.
Strong emphasis on showing culture rather than talking about it: candid interactions, team discussions, problem-solving and ordinary workplace moments. A prospective employee should come away knowing the kind of people they would sit beside, and the kind of environment they could grow in.
The third film goes behind the scenes into the technology, systems and engineering challenges that power the organisation. Not a tour of the stack, but a look at the problems being solved, the complexity involved and the impact of the work.
Three to four engineers and technology leaders take viewers through what they are building and why it matters, supported by visual access to the technology environment, infrastructure, workflows and collaboration. The objective is to make the invisible layer of the organisation visible.
